WE WANT TO HELP YOU FEEL confident in the entire selling process.

We work with many private lenders to fund our acquisitions versus traditional banking institutions. This allows us to offer a very unique benefit to our clients. Cash funding provides the seller with no bank restrictions and a flexible timeline on closing, which in most cases can be in as little as 14 days. By leveraging cash funding, we can purchase a property in “as is” condition with no requirements for the seller to make any repairs. Although we pay a premium to our private lenders, the added interest expense is worth paying in order to ensure we can close quickly.

During our tenure, we have coordinated with probate, HUD, short sale, as well as dozens upon dozens of traditional real estate closing attorneys. If ever there is an answer we don’t know, we have many experts we can turn to, to get the answer.

Every winning real estate team will undoubtedly have a great real estate agent. Most in fact will have multiple agents that help contribute to its success. At Pike Properties, we are no different, but we are a bit unique. We actually own and operate our own real estate brokerage firm, Pike Realty. By being license Realtors, we find that the level of service we are able to offer clients goes up tremendously. If purchasing a home directly from a seller isn’t the best option, we have the luxury of being able to offer traditional real estate listing services to our clients a well. Additionally the knowledge and access to information allows us to be very good at evaluating a property’s value. We can pull data on things like recent sales history, tax record verification as well as neighborhood trends, which allows us to make a sound decision.

It’s been a privilege to be personally mentored by the best in the real estate business. Than Merrill from A&E’s “Flip This House” has mentored and coached Matt and Anthony nearly since Pike Properties was founded in 2008. Implementing his business strategies has helped grow the company exponentially during arguably the worst real estate collapse in history.

Fast forward a few short years, and the student had become the teacher. After mastering Than’s techniques, he invited Anthony and Matt to be part of his educational company. Both felt a sense of responsibility to give back to others what was once given to them, so starting in 2010 the owners of Pike Properties have collectively taught over 300 hours of live virtual trainings and conducted over 1000 hours of keynote speaking on real estate investing.

At Pike Properties, we pride ourselves on having a strong foundation of real estate knowledge and training.   In addition actively operating a residential redevelopment company in Charlotte North Carolina the owners of Pike Properties also teach the business to students across the country. In our tenure we have had the opportunity to be keynote speakers in front of thousands of investors across the country as well as teaching over 500 live hours of virtual online real estate education. Sharing our knowledge of the market and safe investment strategies is a true passion that lies at the core of our business.

Integrity in our purchase process

Our number one focus is on providing solutions for our clients. We know if we can dedicate ourselves to putting our client’s best interest first we will be successful in all endeavors. Our goal is to be uniquely different in our approach. Although there are often times great benefits in pursuing an investment offer like ours, we also know we may not be the right fit. During our conversations Pike will first educate you on the process of selling your home and most importantly, what your options are. All too often home sellers don’t fully understand their options because of a one-dimensional approach from either a real estate agent or an investor. To carry yourself with integrity we believe this is not a one size fits all business and you, the seller, need to know all the options so you can make a knowledgeable decision.

Our Unique Acquisition Process

Utilizing cash funding from many private investors throughout the country allows us to be very accommodating to the seller. With the use of cash funding we can close on the sellers timeline in as little as 10 days or as long as is needed. We also cut out the middleman and save both parties commissions, closing fees, and loan fees. Last but not least Pike will not ask the seller to make any repairs, updates, or improvements; we will purchase the property in as is condition. In many situations one or all of these benefits are very important to sellers, making us the right fit.

Since inception Pike Properties and its subsidiaries have been a part of well over 200 real estate transactions in the greater Charlotte area. Our blended real estate focus has allowed us to be a part of several area renovations, rental investments, apartment complex acquisitions, short sales, and new construction builds. Along the way we have learned that sometimes less is more and because of that have kept our team small.
